Unless you are willing to swear to your allegations under oath move on.  I am done with you.  The fact of the matter is, even the simplest criminal charge requires sworn affidavits. 

With the exception of one individual, the group does not have the courage to stand behind their convictions and swear to the events they are testifying to.  The affidavit is one of the cornerstones of our legal systems.  Police officers swear them out everyday.  The consequences for filling out a false affidavit our severe, yet they do it.  Why?  Because they do not fear the truth.  (I am not talking about the 5% or so who are worthless and corrupt)
