Well, he IS a politician and has obviously sold his soul. It would have been better if he had said, “Hey, thanks for abstaining from this awful war. Thus, you have helped many people, including your own citizens.”
Better, would be Mr. Biden says, “never let a crisis go to waste. Good job getting elected after those train bombings.”
